Stan Looten, our kitchen manager, has been with us since 1992, over 23 years! A majority of our wait staff, bar tenders and hostess have been serving our guests needs from 5 to 12 years.
dedicates most of his time in the kitchen making sure that the quality and consistency of the food we serve is maintained to the highest level and that our purveyors bring in only products that meet or exceed desired specifications. Since opening in December of 1991, we have worked diligently to maintain the reputation of the Arcobasso Family’s tradition of providing consistency in both food and service for everyone, from business groups, to family meals,first dates to wedding anniversaries and even, single travelers wanting a good meal in a relaxed atmosphere! We accept reservations, carry out orders and catering services, so no whatever your needs, we will provide the same consistent quality that our customers have come to expect since we first opened our doors!
Owner, Mark Arcobasso, comes from a restaurant oriented family in St. Louis, where his father, uncles, brothers and sisters have owned and operated restaurants since 1970. Restaurants include, Arcobasso’s – Dellwood, Paisano’s – St. Ann, Domenico’s – Florissant, Concetta’s – St. Charles, Drassina’s – Valley Park, Domenico’s at the Lake – Lake Ozark and T. Arcobasso’s – St Peter’s, and all are based on family recipes and courteous service.
